This is our production philosophy. Products go through over 200 processes from fabric preshrinking, cutting, sewing, pressing to warehouse sales, completed by nearly 100 people working together.
Production and Quality Control
To ensure high product quality, we use Italian Bella’s fully automatic preshrinking machines, which increase fabric elasticity and prevent deformation through high temperature and strong vibration. The key to garment shaping lies in our use of German Dürkopp Adler’s hem finishing machines, making hems straight as a line and thin as a knife. The sewing base mainly uses Japanese Juki and German Dürkopp Adler equipment, with employees undergoing strict training before starting work. We have also introduced German fully automatic hanging lines and Italian Macpi’s pressing equipment to ensure perfect garment shaping.
After-sales Service
